Chemical, mineralogical and physical investigations from different parts of this mine show the presence of sodium and calcium bentonites. Water absorption and high swelling, as well as investigation of non-Newtonian fluidity behavior of sodium sineworks from this bentonite mine, show that it is suitable for use in steel pellet industry, foundry, and drilling mud used in the walls of It is suitable for oil and gas wells, and also the study of the cation exchange capacity along with absorption and swelling suggests the use of bentonite from this mine for the applications of cat, chicken and poultry litter.
